thanksgiving

So I know that I said nothing about our birth story, but I do want to get to that. I just need a big cup of tea and a nice rainy day to capture the depth of that experience.

So we have today. I just put Annie down for a nap. My little girl.. my daughter. Can you believe it? I was just thinking of a friend who's going through a hard time with her family. It makes me feel so deeply thankful for all that God has given me. A precious, healthy baby and a husband who loves and cherishes me.

I guess I have a lot to chew on this morning and less to speak or even write... thanksgiving (not the holiday, the state of being) ... here are some pictures...
