It was a Hot and Sticky night...

Our dear friends Jade and Ron came over last night for a lovely dinner. The dinner was excellent! Jade baked Ziti with vodka sauce, red chili peppers, pinch of garlic salt and fresh mozzarella cheese! Yum! I have left-overs in the fridge that I'm definitely going to pull out in a few hours to eat! I was debating whether I could justify eating it for breakfast because I am an adult now. Making my own decisions and such... but I opted for oatmeal instead--probably the best choice.

So we put Annie to bed last night: middle of bed, swaddled, nothing but a diaper. Josh thought he would check on her after a little while of us all talking, laughing and eating. What did he see? Annie bean, passed out, upside-down, arms in the air, diaper off, mouth open! We even summoned Ron and Jade to come and see! Funniest thing I've seen yet! I wanted to take a picture but Josh always feels too bad, when I'm laughing my head off! Josh gently put her diaper back on and she woke up very frightened that we were upside-down and she was nude, and we were picking her up and fixing her. She was fine though, and fell asleep again in about 3 seconds.

I woke up and said "it feels like its going to be a good day". Josh has a lot to do at work today, he's even wearing a spiffy suit! Its rainy and beautiful with a crisp breeze. This after a sticky hot night is fine with me. I think I'll take Beanface out for a little walk after while :)
