Hey remember the other day when I said that 5 months was my favorite stage... well I guess it still is, but it does have its challenges. I wasn't frustrated or upset or even mad at all when Annie grabbed the handle of my coffee cup this morning after her 3 hour nap, and proceeded to pour it all over my desk and laptop.. it was just an expense that we didn't necessarily need. Yes. Though it was not the originally estimated cost of $750, it was $132.. or something.. but it was THROWN TO THE WIND! Gosh! So i kind of just laughed about the coffee incident until Josh tried to type on the keyboard and it wouldn't work. Then it just got a tad bit annoying... just because of the whole "throwing money to the wind" thing.
Its funny though.. and its not ironic... but today I woke up and went to my computer to check my email and do the facebook thing and distinctly felt in my heart a question. The question was "why do you go to the computer first?" I know I haven't been spending much time with the Lord these days. Quiet time has lessened, I think i journaled 3 weeks ago, prayed a little and actually the first time in a long time that I really sat down, opened my heart to the Lord and read the Bible ... was when the laptop was in the shop getting fixed.
hmmm...
I think I heard the message loud and clear
